A new satellite location providing some of the services offered by the Point de service local (PSL) - Pierrefonds will open on January 26.

• Sample collection (partial relocation: services will be available at both the PSL Pierrefonds and the satellite location in Pointe-Claire)
• Chronic disease screening (type 2 diabetes and cardiovascular disease risk screening)
• Preventive care station

We offer screening services for the early detection of type 2 diabetes as well as cardiovascular risk assessments. 

You will be assessed by a nurse who will validate whether you are eligible for this service. If you are, the nurse will determine which test is best for you based on your situation.

Chronic disease screening is intended for:

• Individuals between the ages of 18 and 75;
• Individuals not previously diagnosed with prediabetes, diabetes or cardiovascular disease or treated for high blood pressure.
