Catch-Up Vaccination

We offer vaccination services for those who are behind in their immunization schedule as established by the Québec Immunization Program.

Services offered:

• Pre-school catch-up – Measles vaccination
• Vaccinations for children aged 7 to 17
• Vaccinations for adults aged 18 to 100

• Children – Pre-school 4 years and up
• Individuals between the ages of 7 and 100

• Point de service local - Pierrefonds
• Point de service local - Lachine

Please bring the following with you to your appointment:

• Your health insurance card
• Your or your child’s immunization record
• Wear short sleeves
