Who can access our services
Neurology services are available to anyone aged 18 years and older with a medical referral who needs specialized services related to conditions of the nervous system. These services are available at the Lakeshore General Hospital and St. Mary’s Hospital Center. However, not all services are available at all hospitals.

How to access our services
Our services are available by appointment. A medical referral is required.
Your physician must send us a request.
We will call you to tell you the date and exact location of your appointment. We will also tell you what you must do to prepare.
