Psychosocial support is available to help you with issues such as:
- Difficulty with a major life transition (bereavement, relocation, separation, retirement, illness, disability, informal caregiving, immigration, etc.)
- Difficulties due to socioeconomic issues (income, housing, access to food, transportation, etc.)
- Difficulties with interpersonal relationships (intimate partner, family, or social)
- Difficulties in a professional context (burnout, harassment, job loss, starting a new job, adapting to change, etc.)
- Psychosocial crises, including major incidents (recent traumatic events)
- Overwhelming emotions (acute depression or anxiety, suicidal thoughts)
- Violence and/or abuse (sexual assault, intimate partner violence, criminal acts, etc.)
