Local points of service (Vaccination, screening, sample collection)

PUBLIC NOTICE – RELOCATION OF LOCAL POINTS OF SERVICE ACTIVITIES

In June 2025, the Point de service local - Montréal (Lachine) and the Point de service local - Kirkland will be relocated.

The service offering and hours will remain unchanged.

  • As of June 13, 2025, the Point de service local - Montréal (Lachine) will be located at 3320 rue Notre-Dame, in Lachine (in the same building as the CHSLD des Berges-de-Lachine).
  • As of June 20, 2025, the Point de service local - Kirkland will be located in the CLSC de Pierrefonds.

Service disruptions to be expected:

  • Point de service local - Montréal (Lachine): June 11–12, 2025
  • Point de service local - Kirkland: June 18–19, 2025

Wearing a mask remains mandatory if you have respiratory or gastro symptoms.

 

Local Points of Service provide easy access to sample collection services, screening, and vaccination.

You can make an appointment at either local point of service on Clic Santé.
