What you need to know

Important information to be aware of before accepting to undergo dental treatments at the university’s clinic

  • Treatments are performed by students under professional supervision.
  • Several appointments, each lasting 3 hours, are required.
  • You must be flexible and available during the school year, from Monday to Friday, for either time slot:
    • Mornings: 9 am to noon
    • Afternoons: 1 pm to 5 pm
  • You must be available for the entirety of each session.
  • If the patient’s needs exceed what the students can provide in terms of treatment, the clinic will suggest other options.
  • Consistency is very important. Treatments may be suspended if:
    • You cancel 2 consecutive appointments
    • You cancel 3 appointments over the course of the year
    • You miss 2 appointments without giving 48 hours’ notice

What happens next?
