Services available
The psychosocial intake provides anyone in need with support, information, and services to deal with:
- A personal crisis
- Family circumstances
- Addiction or overconsumption issues (alcohol, drugs, gambling, etc.)
- Any other difficult situation.
A caseworker will speak with you in person or by telephone to understand your needs and connect you with the right support.

Walk-in consultations: You can have a brief meeting with a caseworker at your local CLSC’s psychosocial intake within two hours of your arrival.
Telephone consultations: You can have a brief telephone consultation with a caseworker at the number above. Calls are returned within one working day or as soon as possible.
If you need immediate help, there are emergency resources available 24/7.
