Info-social : 811

You can speak to an Info-Social counsellor by dialling 811, option 2. This service is available 24 hours a day and is free and confidential. The counsellor can:

  • Assist in a crisis
  • Provide information and guidance based on your needs 
  • Assess your situation and refer you to the proper services or resources, if necessary

The 211 line is a multilingual service (200 languages) that contributes to fight isolation, poverty and social exclusion by helping citizens learn about and find community and social services, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., 7 days a week.
