Our surgical outpatient clinics provide consultation services for diagnoses, treatments and follow-ups with surgeons. Hospitals do not all offer the same services. Your doctor will refer you to the hospital that is most appropriate for you.

Services are available by referral only.
On the day of your appointment, please bring an up to date list of your medications and the referral given to you by your doctor (if you have it).
St. Mary’s Hospital Center
Your doctor must send a referral to the clinic. An administrative officer will call you to give you an appointment.

You must call to make an appointment.

Your doctor’s office will fax the referral to the clinic. Referrals are processed and the clinic will call you to give you an appointment.
