Who are these services intended for?

Our services, which require a referral, are intended for those living with kidney disease.


Services

Depending on the situation, we offer two types of dialysis:

  • In-hospital dialysis (hemodialysis)
  • Home dialysis (peritoneal dialysis - Document available in French only)

Our dedicated multidisciplinary team includes:

  • 8 nephrologists (kidney specialists)
  • Specialized nurses
  • Renal dietitian
  • Social worker
  • Spiritual care professional
  • Recreational therapist

Working in partnership with our patients and their families, we are committed and focussed on providing ongoing support and education to help our patients live full lives and maintain healthy lifestyle habits.
