Documents released following an access to information request
We publish documents disclosed in response to an access to information request, to the extent that they are accessible under the law.
Documents are excluded from publication if they:
- contain personal information or are confidential in nature
- contain information provided by a third party
- could impact the administration of justice or public safety
The documents are accompanied by an anonymized decision letter. Information that could identify the applicant is removed (blacked out) to preserve his anonymity.
