IMPORTANT NOTICE - RELOCATION OF LOCAL POINTS OF SERVICE ACTIVITIES
In June 2025, the Point de service local - Montréal (Lachine) and the Point de service local - Kirkland will be relocated.
The service offering and hours will remain unchanged.
- As of June 13, 2025, the Point de service local - Montréal (Lachine) will be located at 3320 rue Notre-Dame, in Lachine (in the same building as the CHSLD des Berges-de-Lachine).
- As of June 20, 2025, the Point de service local - Kirkland will be located in the CLSC de Pierrefonds.
Service disruptions to be expected:
- Point de service local - Montréal (Lachine): June 11–12, 2025
- Point de service local - Kirkland: June 18–19, 2025
