Pay equity

The law modifying the Pay Equity Act foresees the realization of a periodic evaluation (every 5 years) about the continuation of the pay equity process. This assessment is to ensure that the categories of female-predominance jobs always receive compensation at least equal to that of the categories of male job classes of equal value or equivalent value.  Thus, in accordance with Article 76.3 of the Law amending the Law on pay equity, we are sending you the posting notice and the results of the maintenance of pay equity in 2015 for salaried staff, directed by the Treasury Board.
