The CIUSSS de l’Ouest-de-l’Île-de-Montréal is progressively rolling out a long-term survey program to assess the experiences and satisfaction of its clients and their loved ones. Clients—or their loved ones—who have received services from the Youth Program or Youth Protection Directorates are invited to complete the survey.
The survey’s questions measure global and specific aspects of the experiences the users and people ones had. The collected data will allow us to pinpoint initiatives to improve the quality of our care and social services within our CIUSSS.
Are you a client or a client's loved one?
Click here to complete the survey. It only takes five minutes to tell us about your experience and share your comments.
This survey is part of a province-wide process by the Ministère de la Santé et des Services sociaux to continuously assess user satisfaction and is part of the Plan pour mettre en œuvre les changements nécessaires en santé. The survey will be managed by the Quality, Assessment, Performance and Ethics Directorate in collaboration with a team from St. Mary's Research Centre.
