February 1–7, 2026, marks the 36th edition of Suicide Prevention Week. The theme for this year is Lend a Hand, Foster Hope.
This week reminds us that hope can return, even when it lost. Listening, being actively present, or providing support when it is needed can make a real difference in the life of someone who is in distress.
At work and in the community, every outstretched hand counts. By sharing this message, you contribute to an environment that cares, where suicide can be discussed without fear and where seeking help feels easier.
Thank you for the contributions you make to restoring hope.
