Reminder—Routine Care*
The relocation of routine care to the CLSC de LaSalle may require a change in routine for some users. Mitigation measures, including complementary care options, have been put in place to reduce the impact of this change.
Based on their clinical needs and an evaluation, some users may be redirected toward 3320 rue Notre-Dame, in Lachine, another nearby CLSC, or home care services. Healthcare professionals will work with users to choose the most appropriate option. Our teams will ensure individualized follow-up ensure this transition goes smoothly for our clienteles.
The facility at 3320 rue Notre-Dame, Lachine, contains not only the CLSC de Dorval-Lachine, but also:

Temporary Relocation of the CLSC de Dorval-Lachine
This relocation was necessary because the building at 1900 rue Notre-Dame, Lachine, no longer met the standards required to provide proper care and services. The aim of this temporary relocation is to maintain quality services and ensure they are delivered in suitable settings. Work is in progress to find a long-term solution.
