The CIUSSS de l’Ouest-de-l’Île-de-Montréal’s Multidisciplinary Services and Intellectual Disability, Autism Spectrum Disorder and Physical Disability Directorate (ID-ASD-PD) has just launched its intern recruitment campaign, the theme of which is “Build your professional future with us!”
Fields of study sought:
- Social work
- Psychology
- Psychoeducation
- Specialized education
- Occupational therapy
- Nursing
- Nutrition
- Speech language pathology
- Sexology
- Music therapy and art therapy
ID-ASD-PD internships take place in a range of settings including rehabilitation centres, CLSCs, residences with continuous assistance (RAC), intermediate resources and family-type resources. The territory covered is that of the West Island and Dorval-Lachine-Lasalle.
Students are welcomed into teams that not only provide them with professional guidance, but that are also keen to support them as they start working with people of all ages who live with a disability and/or an autism spectrum disorder.
