The temporary relocation of the activities temporary of CLSC de Dorval-Lachine is almost complete.
This relocation became necessary because the current building no longer meets the standards required to provide proper care and services. The aim of this temporary relocation is to maintain quality services and ensure they are delivered in suitable settings. Work is in progress to find a long-term solution.
All current services will remain available within the Dorval-Lachine-LaSalle local services network (LSN).
These services are now provided at two other CIUSSS facilities as indicated below:
3320, rue Notre-Dame
Lachine (Québec) H8T 1W8
CLSC de LaSalle
8550, boulevard Newman, LaSalle (Québec) H8N 1Y5

Routine care*
The relocation of routine care to the CLSC de LaSalle may require a change in routine for some users. Mitigation measures, including complementary care options, have been put in place to reduce the impact of this change.
Based on their clinical needs and an evaluation, some users may be redirected toward 3320 rue Notre-Dame, in Lachine, another nearby CLSC, or home care services. Healthcare professionals will work with users to choose the most appropriate option. Our teams will ensure individualized follow-up to ensure that this transition goes smoothly for all users.
