The CIUSSS de l’Ouest-de-l’Île-de-Montréal invites you to our upcoming Caregivers’ Café. A friendly get-together created for those taking care of someone else every day.
This edition will feature:
An expert from the Réseau québécois pour répit des familles de personnes handicapées will discuss the importance of making time for oneself and the vital role of respite in supporting the well-being of informal caregivers.
A clinical activities specialist from our CIUSSS will also be on hand to share useful information two key services:
- Psychosocial Intake, which provides access to available services.
- Psychosocial Follow-Up, which provides support to informal caregivers.
And, of course, it is also an opportunity to meet with other informal caregivers for discussions and support. It’s an excellent opportunity to spend some time with people living situations similar to yours!
