Registration for medical specialists

To fulfil this mission, the CRDS must know the services offered by medical specialists on the territory. The CRDS must also know each specialist’s place and area of practice.

In that regard, medical specialists can register with the Montreal CRDS via email at: crdsmontreal.ccsmtl@ssss.gouv.qc.ca
