The CIUSSS de l’Ouest-de-l’Île-de-Montréal will soon be rolling out a survey for mental health and obstetrics (pregnancy, delivery, postnatal care and services) services in hospital centres and outpatient clinics. The objective is to assess how satisfied you and your loved ones are, so that we can serve you better!

This survey is priority of the Ministère de la Santé et des Services sociaux and part of the system-wide transition toward continuous assessment of users’ experiences included in the Plan pour mettre en oeuvre les changements nécessaires en santé. It only takes 5 minutes to complete the survey, tell us about your experience, and help to make our care and services even better!

Target sectors*:

Obstetrics
•    Services in hospital centres 
•    Services at outpatient clinics, such as outpatient gynecology and obstetrics clinics 
•    GARE Clinic 
•    Delivery rooms 
•    Obstetrics blocks 
•    Mother-Child Units  

Mental Health
•    Services in hospital centres 
•    Services at outpatient clinics, including superspecialized services 
•    Short- and long-term hospitalizations 
•    Youth services (ex.: child psychiatry) 

This survey will gradually be used for all of our institution’s missions. Better understanding your reality to always better meet your needs—a priority that will continue to guide the work of our organization in 2024!
