Binge-eating disorder: the most common but seldom talked about eating disorder

Binge-eating disorder is a mental health disorder characterized by episodes of compulsive eating without compensatory behaviours such as exercise or vomiting. Catherine Bergeron, a nutritionist at the Douglas Mental Health University Institute, helps people with this disorder establish regular eating patterns. She was recently featured on Mordu.ca, Radio Canada’s cooking and food platform.
