There just might be a baby boom happening at our CIUSSS! Did you know that 14 nurses who work in the Unité familiale des naissances (UFN) at Hôpital de LaSalle are pregnant or have had a child in the past year?

“It’s really a big family here so being all in the same boat, it’s a lot of fun and it’s a big experience to go through all together,” says Amélie Boisclair, a nurse at the UFN. Needless to say, it has also created some major challenges for the unit’s managers.
