The construction of the Maison des aînés Denis-Benjamin-Viger, located at 4601 boulevard des Sources, on the border of the Borough of Pierrefonds-Roxboro and the City of Dollard-des-Ormeaux, is now in its final phase.
The work, begun in August 2023, will be completed in June 2026. Construction work will be completed in the coming months, and the facility will be prepared for its scheduled opening at the end of summer 2026.
The new facility will welcome 192 residents in a new type of long-term care and living environment that feels much more like home. Residents will live in a warm and modern facility that is entirely adapted to meet their needs.
