The 8th annual Prix Stars du Réseau de la santé (SRS) were awarded last week. Our CIUSSS made a strong showing, taking home the Gala’s Prix coup de cœur and top place in the Performant category for our preventive care station project!
The project’s goal was to create a place where people without a family physician could easily have their vital signs checked and receive regular follow-up for chronic conditions.
Thanks to a smartwatch and nursing support, their health data are monitored continuously, enabling rapid intervention if needed.
