The Ministère des Transports et de la Mobilité durable would like to inform you that Exit 41 (Sainte-Anne-de-Bellevue, Boulevard des Anciens-Combattants) on Highway 40 eastbound will be completely closed from September 4 to 5. This closure is necessary to relocate the highway access road so that work can continue.
As a reminder, nighttime closures are also scheduled from August 31 through September 4 to continue joint sealing and road marking work.
The Île-aux-Tourtes Bridge will remain open during these works.
Traffic Disruptions During the Week of August 31
- Highway 40 will be completely closed in the eastbound direction between Exit 41 (Sainte-Anne-de-Bellevue, Boulevard des Anciens-Combattants) and the next entrance, Monday through Thursday, from 10:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m. the following day.
- Traffic will be diverted onto the service road.
- Complete closure of Exit No. 41 (Sainte-Anne-de-Bellevue, Boulevard des Anciens-Combattants) on Highway 40 eastbound, from Friday at 11:00 p.m. to Saturday at noon.
- A detour route will be set up via Exit 44 (Boulevard Morgan).
Please note that work may be postponed in the event of adverse weather conditions or operational constraints.
