We are pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Amine Saadi as Associate Executive Director—Social Services and Infrastructures with Santé Québec Ouest-de-l’Île-de-Montréal – Universitaire.
An experienced healthcare executive with more than 15 years in Québec’s health and social services network, Mr. Saadi has held several leadership positions within our organization, including Interim Associate Executive Director, Director of the Mental Health and Addiction Programs, and Associate Director, Specialized Services. Significant highlights of his career include the successful implementation of major initiatives in mental health, public health, and organizational transformation.
Mr. Saadi holds a Graduate Diploma in Organizational Management (DESS) from Université Laval and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Université de Montréal. He is recognized for his collaborative leadership, strategic vision, and ability to rally teams around shared objectives within an evolving health and social services network.
Over the past ten months, Mr. Saadi has successfully served as Interim Associate Executive Director, demonstrating a strong ability to manage complex challenges, support continuous service improvement, and promote an approach centred on the needs of the community.
