The Gouvernement du Québec has launched public consultations on the future direction of mental health, homelessness, and addiction policy. Running through May 22, 2026, these consultations aim to assess the current situation and shape relevant, coherent policies with concrete implementation measures. As part of these consultations, stakeholders can express their views through a call for briefs, as well as a questionnaire.
