Support for Informal Caregivers

Are you caring for a person who is living with a loss of independence and sometimes feel:  

  • Guilty
  • Exhausted
  • Isolated 
  • Discouraged 

Do you need help? If so, contact your CLSC as they offer a number of group workshops designed to help you learn how to better handle the stress of being a caregiver, to set boundaries and to look after yourself. The ultimate goal is to prevent caregiver burnout.
