- Please note that the child must be at least 6 months old at the time of vaccination.
- In order to receive the COVID-19 vaccine, the child must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

Novavax vaccine
To receive the Novavax vaccine, it is mandatory to book an appointment by phone: 514 644-4545. It is not possible to book an appointment online or to visit a walk-in clinic to receive the Novavax vaccine.
Novavax vaccination sites:
- Les Galeries Lachine (Saturday: 12 p.m. to 6 p.m.)
- Centre RioCan Kirkland (Saturday: 9 a.m. to 12 p.m.)
The Novavax vaccine is currently available for people 18 years of age or older.
