The local points of service within our territory test eligible individuals for COVID-19 by appointment only. You can make an appointment on Clic Santé.
Influenza
As soon as you have any flu-like symptoms, you must do a COVID-19 rapid test.
- If your result is negative and you are in one of the target groups, you must make an appointment at a testing clinic as soon as possible. You can make an appointment on Clic Santé:
- If the result is positive, you must consult a pharmacist, specialized nurse practitioner (SNP) or physician to find out if you are eligible for antiviral flu medication.
IMPORTANT—Make sure you have an appointment before you go!

Rapid Tests
The general public has free access to COVID-19 rapid antigen tests.
Self-testing is quick and easy. And the results are available within minutes. The tests should not be used if you do not have symptoms.
How can I get rapid test kits?
For the general public and healthcare workers
You can go to one of the Points de service locaux:

Community pharmacies provide tests only to certain priority groups. Only people who receive free medication under the public drug plan and those considered to be at high risk can get self-tests at pharmacies.
For community organizations and businesses within the territory
Community organizations and businesses within the territory of the CIUSSS de l’Ouest-de-l’Île-de-Montréal can request rapid test kits.

IMPORTANT
- Your email request must include:
- the name and address of your organization or business,
- the telephone number of your organization or business,
- the approximate number of people working there,
- the name of the person to contact,
- the day and time when you want to pick up your order.
The quantity of tests provided will depend on the available inventory.
The order must be submitted at least two business days before the requested pick-up date.
For schools and educational daycares
Educational daycares, including childcare centres (CPE), daycares, home childcare services, and drop-in childcare services, and educational facilities within the territory of the CIUSSS de l’Ouest-de-l’Île-de-Montréal can order test kits.
